A 50% deposit is required when an order is placed. Item(s) must be shipped or picked up within 30 days of notification that your item is ready; otherwise, you forfeit the deposit and the item(s).
Payment in full is due/required prior to shipping any order. I'll contact you to inform you of the shipping and handling costs, and the final balance due.
If you cancel your order on a "standard" design item (shown on the website), I will refund 50% of your deposit. If you cancel your order on a "custom" designed item (new design, or re-designed item), the deposit is not refundable.
Orders are shipped via UPS and are insured for the full amount. When shipping within the Continental United States (not Alaska or Hawaii), I take responsibility for your shipment until it is delivered to you.
If your item arrives damaged, I will have it returned, take care of the UPS claim, and get you a new item as soon as possible. Any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt, and sent back to me with the damaged item, in the same carton you received it in. Keep your shipping box!
Shipments outside the Continental United States are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you aren't satisfied with your design, I'll replace it if it's damaged, exchange it if it's not right, or refund your money, once I receive the returned item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling on exchanges and returns, but not on items damaged during shipping. Once again, keep your shipping box!
